The hotel is situated in the small town of Heiloo, very close to the sea and with easy access to A9 connecting to Alkmaar, Schiphol, and Amsterdam. The rooms are spacious and clean, providing a modern feel, although they only had beds without other furniture. The service was polite and accommodating, although there were issues coping with the influx of guests during busy times. The location is fantastic for exploring by bike, with proximity to historic Alkmaar and the coast. The dining experience was superb, with a wide selection in a pleasant setting. Overall, a very nice rural location with great potential, though some service challenges during peak times and limited room amenities.
